Key Responsibilities
As our Shop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our shop’s day-to-day operations and long-term success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and overseeing catering services, ensuring a delightful experience for our customers.
- Managing the range and quality of our chocolate and beverage offerings, including special orders for occasions.
- Handling the procurement of supplies and managing inventory to maintain quality while adhering to budget constraints.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, keeping our kitchen and dining areas pristine.
- Conducting stock takes and completing due diligence tasks as required.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- A graduation degree with significant experience in retail or hospitality, or an A-level (or equivalent qualification) with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- A passion for chocolate and exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- The ability to work creatively and efficiently, ensuring the highest standards are met.
