Key Responsibilities

As our Shop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our shop’s day-to-day operations and long-term success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and overseeing catering services, ensuring a delightful experience for our customers.
  • Managing the range and quality of our chocolate and beverage offerings, including special orders for occasions.
  • Handling the procurement of supplies and managing inventory to maintain quality while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, keeping our kitchen and dining areas pristine.
  • Conducting stock takes and completing due diligence tasks as required.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A graduation degree with significant experience in retail or hospitality, or an A-level (or equivalent qualification) with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • A passion for chocolate and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
  • The ability to work creatively and efficiently, ensuring the highest standards are met.
